Terms of service
Last updated 17 August 2026. These terms govern all orders; a signed quote accepts them.
1. Services and quotes
We provide audits of test materials, marking of student work, and bespoke test writing, as described on this site. Every order begins with a written quote stating a fixed price and a delivery date; work starts only after you approve it. Our services are provided to businesses and professionals (B2B).
2. Delivery and the 25% remedy
If we miss a confirmed delivery date for reasons within our control, the order price is reduced by 25%. This is the agreed and exclusive remedy for late delivery.
3. Nature of the review
An audit is a professional review, not a guarantee that the material is free of all defects, and not a prediction of any student outcome. The certificate attests that a review was carried out on the exact version submitted; it is not an accreditation and implies no endorsement by any examination board. We may revoke a certificate if the certified material is modified, misrepresented, or if the badge is used on material we did not review.
4. Intellectual property
You retain all rights in submitted material; we use it only to perform the service. Bespoke tests are owned by you on payment in full. Our reports may be shared freely by you in unmodified form.
5. Liability
Our total liability for any order is capped at the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days. Prices exclude VAT; the EU reverse-charge mechanism applies for EU business customers with a valid VAT ID. Retainer quotas roll over one calendar month and lapse thereafter.
