How it works

Five steps, fixed prices, dates in writing

The process is deliberately unexciting. You know the price before you commit, the deadline before you send anything, and exactly what the report will and will not say.

The process

  1. 1

    You request a quote

Upload the material (or a representative sample) with the level, the item count, and the deadline. We reply with a fixed price within one working day. No subscriptions, no calls required.

  2. 2

We confirm scope and sign the paperwork

You approve the quote. Schools sign our data processing agreement; the DPA is part of onboarding, not an option. We confirm the delivery date in writing.

  3. 3

    Review

A reviewer solves every item independently before consulting your key, then applies the seven checks. Each issue is logged with an item reference, a category, a severity, and a suggested fix.

  4. 4

    You receive the deliverables

The findings report, the corrected version (full audit), and the certificate with its public verification URL. We answer follow-up questions about any finding at no charge.

  5. 5

    The certificate goes public

The verification page for your certificate is live from the moment of issue, and the badge snippet is included with the delivery. Certificates are valid for 12 months and cover the exact version we reviewed.

If we miss a confirmed deadline, the order is discounted 25% — our delay should cost us, not you. Urgent turnarounds are quoted case by case.

What the report contains

  • Every finding, with item reference, category (1–7), severity, and a suggested fix.
  • A summary table of findings by category and severity.
  • The reviewer’s name and the review date.
  • For full audits: the corrected version of the material.
  • For calibration checks: the level evidence we relied on.

What it does not contain

  • Predictions of pass rates or student outcomes.
  • Endorsement or accreditation by any exam board — we are independent, and the report says so.
  • Judgement of your teaching, your course, or your school.
  • Marketing language. The report is written to be handed to an inspector, not framed.

The badge

Delivered with every certificate: a copy-paste HTML snippet — plain markup with the crest served from our domain. No script, no tracking, no cookies; it renders anywhere, including plain HTML and WordPress. Copying the image alone proves nothing: the badge is worth showing because it links to the certificate’s verification page, which only we can issue or revoke.
